Birthday Card

Hi all yes I am still alive I know it has been some time since my last post, I have no excuse but times just seems to be flying by me...

So I have a card I know shock!! this is Emma's Birthday card.. I am sorry for the bad picture quality it is raining and very windy where I live so this was the best I could in such a dark house I normally go outside for my photo's and this does not do the card any justice..

It has taken forever to use my Graphic45 DSP, I never seem to colour with Yellow and for some reason I brought this pad that has this Mustard as it's main colour, so to challenge myself I picked the DSP first and colour my Saturated Canary Digi image to match my paper choice...

Birthday Card

Hi all, here is a little card I quickly put together today for my daughter Charlotte yes another party. I wasn't going to post this card as it is not like my normal size or bling. I like to add more embellishments to my cards as well as making them larger in size and a boy card I don't do boy cards unless I have to..

So I have posted this little card because I couldn't help myself when I saw a couple of challenges out there I could play along with...

challenge card

Whilst I was blog surfing this week I came across a blog called Copic Oz. With in the first few minutes I found a challenge to enter and a tutorial, by Mandi-Lee.. I loved the image Mandi-Lee was using in her tutorial so much the first thing I had to do was to head over to Tiddly Inks to invest in this image Wryn-Close to my heart..(and maybe a couple more shhhh!)..

Now onto the the Challenge at Copic Oz

To create a project using these colours (R46, R59, G40, BG53, BG93, BG96, E87, BV31, RV55, YR24, V20, V25) or as close as you can get...

Made for Markers is also having a challenge to use new colour combo's and due to this being colours I haven't put together I am entering it there as well.

I have used V20 and V25 for the wings but they didn't come up as dark underneath so I added C5 and C3 to the shadowed part and tried Mandi-Lee's tutorial for the wings as well.

All New

I am back after taking a month of cards, blogs and all thing craft I figured it was time to start up again for the year..

I have change my blog still not happy with it but with the three kids I don't seem to get the time it takes to play around with it so it enough, I will change a little bit more over the next few weeks till I am happy...

Now onto my card yes I have made one! it took two weeks to make

(not that it was a hard card just time poor).

I started this card for my oldest daughter to give to a friend I ran out of time (thank god for the stash I have built up), now this little card is going to have a new home next month when my youngest has a party to go to. Wow! a month ahead that's a good way to start the year..

I have used a digi from Saturated Canary and have entered it into her latest challenge punches and die cuts I have both a punches and a dies, I wiped the dust of my cricut and made the swirl die..

DSP is from Websters Page as well as the strip of ribbon in top corner.

SU! Black CS and Twill Ribbon along the bottom and other stamps.

Wild Orchid Flowers and the pins stuck into the flowers are from stash.

I have embossed the black flowers down the side of the coloured image..

Santa Photo with all the kids

Hi I am just going to place a few pic's of the cards I gave out for Christmas this Year and the Santa photo with Jensen as well as the kids...

I have not entered these cards in any challenges just putting on to show..

I you all have had a wonderful Christmas and New Years Eve tomorrow going to be a quiet one here for me just the kids and the families in the Street having a BBQ..

X-mas Card #3

Good arvo to all I have another X-mas card to show... Lucky I don't give to many out as I have only done 3 and Christmas is all but here...

This one was made for my two sisters I have made them a card to share this year with a voucher to buy a bottle of Bailey's to share as well, due to not being able to be together at Christmas this year I still get to have a drink with them..

This card is made with a mi of four digi stamps, The emerald Garden Faires Larakins, Steampunk Twisty Tree, KennyK X-Mas Accessories- Christmas Ball and North Pole Post. DSP is SU! and Digi sentiment is a Biz Bec's I think..
